Delivery and Costs

We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as we can – in the meantime, you can track your parcel here or contact customer services for further assistance .

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.

Standard and express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you have entered the delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.

Tracking is available for all delivery services. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

Collection

You can now collect your Monsoon Accessorize order from over 6,300 Point Relais® pick-up points in France and Belgium. This is how it works:

  1. 1. Select ‘collection’ as your delivery option at the check-out
  2. 2. Choose your preferred location from over 6,300 pick-up points
  3. 3. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection (please allow 3-5 working days for delivery for France and 4-5 working days for Belgium)
  4. 4. Pick up your order at a time which is convenient for you

Delivery costs:
€3 for orders under €45
FREE for orders over €45

Please note that we can’t process any returns via this service – all orders must be sent back by post.

Please Note For All Orders

All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, you will be informed by email.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses and we have a few restrictions for PO Box Delivery.

No orders for Norway or Switzerland can be delivered to a PO Box at this time.

Express deliveries can only be made to PO Boxes in the following countries where you will be contacted once your order arrives in the country for further delivery arrangements to be made:

  • Jordan
  • Saudi Arabia

We will only charge you once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your delivery country of choice.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Monsoon Accessorize Ltd. do not offer any assistance in this process.
