MONSOON ACCESSORIZE REWARD FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I join the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card?

A: It's so easy: you can sign up in-store or online. In-store we'll give you an application form, which you'll need to fill out. The application form has your Reward Card attached to it so you can use it immediately. Or sign up online here and your Reward Card number will be emailed to you immediately. We will then send you your permanent Reward Card in the post.

Q: How can I earn Rewards?

A: All you have to do is purchase any Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled product in-store or online. Simply present your card every time you make a purchase in-store or enter your Reward Card number at the checkout online and what you spend will go towards earning points & Reward Vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed on any full-price Monsoon Ladies' and Childrenswear product or Accessorize product

When your Reward Balance reaches one of the thresholds shown below, you'll earn a voucher. Reward Vouchers are issued every February and September – perfect timing for our new collections!

If you spend under a voucher threshold your points balance will be carried over to the next time we send out vouchers.

Points are valid for 12 months.

For example, if you spend £165 during six months, you'll earn a £10 voucher. The remaining balance will go towards your next Reward Voucher.

Q: What happens if I spend more than the threshold?

A: Your Reward Card retains the Reward Card Balance for 12 months from the date of purchase. If, at the end of a Reward Period your Reward Balance falls between voucher thresholds, the balance will be carried forward until expiry on the 12 month anniversary of the date of purchase.

Similarly, if your Reward Balance is under the minimum voucher threshold of £150/€20, the Reward Balance will be carried forward until expiry on the 12 month anniversary of the purchase.

Example; if you spend £165 on 1st September 2016, you will earn 165 points receive a £10 Reward Voucher in February (having reached the 150 point threshold). Your remaining 15 points will remain on your account and will be carried over. If you make no further purchases and therefore do not qualify for a Reward Voucher in August, your remaining 15 points will be cleared from your card on 1st September 2017.

Q: Where can I use my Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card?

A: Your card can be used in all Monsoon or Accessorize stores UK and ROI and online at http://uk.monsoon.co.uk or http://uk.accessorize.com.

When shopping in-store simply present your card to a member of staff when you pay to earn points, or to spend your vouchers.

If you’re shopping online enter your reward card number at checkout to make sure your points are saved to your Reward card.

Q: Can I use my Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card when I buy online?

A: Yes. Simply enter your Reward Card number at the checkout at Monsoon.co.uk or Accessorize.com and the points you earn will be added to your Reward Card. Only Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled product will count towards your Reward card points.


To spend your voucher online, simply follow these steps:


  • Select ‘Reward Voucher’ as your payment type at checkout
  • Enter your 19 digit Reward Card number & 4 digit PIN number
  • That’s it! Simply check out as usual and your vouchers will be deducted from your shopping basket total

Q: If I buy anything in your Sale will my spend count towards a Reward Voucher?

A: Yes, absolutely. If you purchase any Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled items in any of our promotional or sale periods, what you spend will count towards your Reward points balance. This applies in-store and on our Monsoon and Accessorize websites. However, Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed against Sale items.

Q: What happens if I lose my Reward Card?

A: Don't worry. You can either call or email our Monsoon Accessorize Customer Service team and they will be very happy to organise a replacement card to be issued to you.

Q: Can Gift Cards be used with the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card?

A: You can make a purchase for a Monsoon or Accessorize branded / labelled product with a gift card this spend will count towards your reward points balance and next reward voucher.

However, if you purchase a Gift Card, this spend will not count towards your reward points balance. In addition, your reward vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Q: Who should I call if I have any queries?

Q: Can the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card be used for Home Delivery customers?

A: Yes, the Home Delivery team will ask you for your Reward Card number over the telephone when you make your purchase so you can continue to earn reward card points.

Q: Do Reward Cards have an expiry date?

A: No, there is no expiry date on the Reward Card.

Q: How do I receive my Reward Vouchers?

A: If you have reached a voucher threshold in a six month period you will receive a voucher to spend in-store and online.

Vouchers are issued in February and September we’ll contact you by text, email or post to let you know when you vouchers are ready and what value they add up to. Your vouchers will be automatically added to your Reward Card, so all you have to do is present your card in store or online when you make a purchase.

Q: Do Reward Vouchers have an expiry date?

A: Yes, they are valid for three months from issue and we will make you aware of their expiry date by text, email or post. Regrettably, we are unable to re-issue vouchers that have expired.

Q: How do I spend my Reward Vouchers?

A: To spend your voucher in-store, simply present your Reward Card when making your purchase. To redeem online, select ‘Reward Voucher’ as your payment type at checkout, enter your 19 digit Reward Voucher number and then enter your 4 digit Reward Voucher PIN – these can be found on the back of your voucher. Unfortunately online redemption is not available for Reward Vouchers of Euro currency.

Q: Can I post my application form back?

A: No, sorry. We ask you to bring your application form back to the store to be processed. However you can join online here.

Q: How can I check my Reward Balance?

A: You can find out your latest Reward Balance by going to Manage Your Account or by calling Monsoon Reward Card Customer Services on (+44) 203 372 3053.

Q: Can I manage my Reward Card online?

A: Yes, you can. You can update your details, check your Reward Balance and find out when your next Reward Voucher will be issued. Simply sign in here.

Your date of birth and email address must be registered to your Reward Account for you to access this online. If your date of birth and email address are not registered, you will be unable to access your account online.

Q: What happens if I forget my Reward Card?

A: Don’t worry, you can still earn points for your Monsoon or Accessorize purchases in-store. Simply follow these easy steps and your Reward balance will be updated. Send a copy of your store receipt along with your full name, Reward card number, address and postcode to:

Q: I’m already signed up to Monsoon Reward but now I’m being asked to sign up for Monsoon Accessorize Reward: what’s the difference?

A: Monsoon Accessorize Reward extends our existing Reward programme to cover Accessorize as well as Monsoon, giving you double the opportunity to earn points when you shop.

We’ve also lowered the threshold so you now only need to earn 150 points to receive your first voucher.

It’s easier to spend your Reward Vouchers too, as they will be added directly onto your card so you simply need to show your card in store or enter your Reward Card Number online.

If you are already a Monsoon Reward member switching to Monsoon Accessorize Reward is easy. All we need to do is issue you with a new card and a new Reward Card Number.

Just pop into any Monsoon or Accessorize store to exchange your existing Reward Card for a brand new one. We’ll match up your old card number with the new one, so all of your current points will be added to your new card. Alternatively please call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 203 372 3053 who will be able to switch you to the new Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card.

Your full points balance will be carried over onto your new card. You can check your points balance at here.

Q: I’ve always received my vouchers through the post – will I still receive paper vouchers?

A: No. All vouchers will now be added automatically to your Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card, so all you need to do is show it in-store or enter your unique Monsoon Accessorize Reward number at the online checkout.

We’ll still contact you by post, email or text to let you know when your vouchers are ready and when they’re due to expire, so please make sure your contact details are up to date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reward Programme

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between Monsoon Accessorize Ltd (“MAL”) and you the customer, (“Card Holder” “you” “your”) governing the use of the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card (“Reward Card”), participation in the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Programme (“Reward Programme”) and the use of Monsoon Accessorize Reward Programme reward vouchers (“Reward Vouchers”) (together, the “Reward Services”).
  2. The Reward Programme is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over. MAL reserves the right to decline an application to participate in the Reward Programme at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
  3. Earning Reward Vouchers – Points are earned by making purchases of Monsoon or Accessorize branded/ labelled products (including sale items but excluding Out of Scope Purchases) in participating Monsoon or Accessorize stores in the UK and Ireland and on monsoon.co.uk and accessorize.com when the Reward Card is presented at the time of payment (“Purchase”).   4. The following shall be considered “Out of Scope Purchases” and shall not be included in the Reward Programme: a) products sold in Monsoon and Accessorize outlet stores, concessions or any other store that is not a participating store; b) gift cards; and/or c)Monsoon or Accessorize products not sold in Monsoon or Accessorize branded stores. This means that points may not be earned, and Reward Vouchers may not be redeemable, in respect of Out of Scope Purchases.
  5. Should a Purchase be returned for refund, the Reward Card must either be presented in store and the points balance of the refund will be deducted from the Reward Card or, for online purchases, the points balance will automatically be deducted.
  6. Award of Reward Vouchers - Reward Vouchers will be awarded on the basis of paragraphs 7 & 8 of these terms or on such other basis as may be notified to you by MAL from time to time. The Reward Vouchers will be calculated on the basis of Purchases made by you during a specific period which is currently between 1 February - 31 August and 1 September – 31 January of each year (“Reward Period”) and accordingly Reward Vouchers will be issued in February and September each year. MAL reserves the right to amend the Reward Period and Reward Voucher issue months from time to time upon notice to Card Holders.
  7. Reward Vouchers are issued based on the number of points you earn (“Reward Balance”) during the Reward Period, in accordance with the table below. For every £1 or ¤1 you spend you will earn 1 point.
  8. The lowest value Reward Voucher issued is £10 and the highest value Reward Voucher issued.

  9. Points earned on any purchase shall count towards your Reward Balance for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Your Reward Card retains the Reward Card Balance for 12 months from the date of purchase.   10. Reward Vouchers will be automatically added to the Reward Card twice a year as described in paragraph 6 of these terms when subscribing to the Reward Programme. MAL will contact the Card Holder to let them know that their Reward Vouchers are available, and when they are due to expire. It is the Card Holder’s responsibility to notify MAL of any change in contact details and MAL shall not be held liable for Reward Vouchers that are not redeemed for any reason.
  11. Redemption of Reward Vouchers a) Reward Vouchers are valid until the expiry date given at time of each issuance (usually valid for three months). b) Reward Vouchers may only be used by the Card Holder to purchase Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled product (excluding any sale items or any Out of Scope Purchases) in any participating Monsoon or Accessorize stores and on monsoon.co.uk and accessorize.com. c) To redeem Reward Vouchers the Card Holder in connection with a new purchase, the Card Holder must present their Reward Card / enter their Reward Card details at time of purchase. Although Reward Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of sale items they can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. d) Photocopied, damaged or defaced Reward Cards or related material will not be accepted. e) Use of Reward Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions listed here and any other accompanying terms and conditions. f) Reward Vouchers can only be used in UK and Northern Ireland and monsoon. co.uk and accessorize.com. g) Reward Cards issued in Republic of Ireland can only be used in-store in the Republic of Ireland and cannot be used online. h) More details on how to redeem your Reward Voucher can be found at: monsoon.co.uk.
  12. The Card Holder must present the Reward Card to redeem the Reward Voucher and Reward Vouchers may only be redeemed once. Only the full value of the Reward Voucher can be redeemed and no change will be given back.
  13. The Reward Programme is personal to you and Reward Balances cannot be transferred to any third party.
  14. Cancellation – MAL reserves the right to refuse to issue Reward Vouchers or to cancel the Reward Card should MAL consider that the Reward Card is being used fraudulently or a breach of these terms has occurred. In the event that the Reward Card is cancelled, the Reward Balance will be cancelled and no Reward Vouchers will be issued.
  15. Should MAL query the Card Holder’s Reward Balance, the Card Holder shall be responsible for producing on request, the required proof of purchase for any queried transaction.
  16. MAL reserves the right to amend or terminate the Reward Programme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time, on notice.   17. Personal Information – MAL will be the data controller of any information you supply on the Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card Application Form and you acknowledge that MAL may use such information, together with information relating to your transactions, purchases and participation in the Reward Programme, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.   18. These terms and your use of the Reward Services are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Reward Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales. Reward Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Reward Vouchers are valid until the date specified and only when used in conjunction with a valid Monsoon Accessorize Reward Card both in-store and online. Sterling vouchers entitle the bearer to the value specified for the purchase of full-price Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled product in any Monsoon or Accessorize store in the UK and on the UK Monsoon or Accessorize desktop website. Euro vouchers entitle the bearer to the value specified for the purchase of full-price Monsoon or Accessorize branded/labelled product in any Monsoon or Accessorize store in the ROI. Euro vouchers are currently not redeemable online. Voucher cannot be used to purchase Sale products or Gift Cards, in Sale branches or when using the Home Delivery Service. No cash or any other alternative will be given. Voucher value will be automatically deducted from the Reward Card when it is presented with a purchase to a member of staff, or when the Reward Card number is entered at the online checkout. Photocopied, damaged, defaced or expired Reward Cards or related material will not be accepted. Should purchases be returned for a refund, the Reward Card must also be presented and the balance of the refund deducted from the card. The return value of the items purchased using this voucher shall be the applicable return value under the Monsoon Accessorize Ltd return policy less the discount obtained. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
